How can I register a reverse pick up for a product that I received damaged?

When can I return the product that I’ve purchased?
Only in the following two situations are products returnable: product received damaged; product received incorrectly. Please note that the product must not be used before returning it, and you must return the entire package; otherwise, your return will not be accepted.
