Return and Refund Policy
Return Information:
We don't entertain return requests as we believe that you must have done proper research before ordering with us. Kindly note that only in the following two situations are products returnable:
- Product received damaged
- Product received incorrectly
Please note that the product must not be used before returning it, and you must return the entire package; otherwise, your return will not be accepted.
Refund Information:
Once we have processed your request, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your return shipment as soon as it arrives in our warehouse and is validated. Upon receiving the return package, we will refund the cost of your returned items within 7–10 days.
Exchange information:
We offer a 7 Days Replacement policy for our customers and no replacement requests shall be entertained after the specified time period. We advise you to place a replacement/exchange request, stating the reason along with order details like the Order Number, Email Id, Name, and photo and videos(of the product) at support@aceincorporation.com. To raise any replacement request, having an opening video of the package is compulsory. We don't consider photos as evidence. In case of not having an opening video of the package, we can refuse to replace the order. Please note that we do not accept any order replacement requests on any social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, linked in, or WhatsAp. We only use these platforms for interacting with our customers. We will accept your requests only through mails.

If you don’t know your order number and other details please check your email inbox for the order confirmation email sent by our team (if you are not able to find the confirmation email please check in spam, social, or promotion)
Eligibility Criteria For Product Replacement:
- If the product delivered is different from what was ordered or not as per the order specification.
- Upon opening the package, the goods were discovered to be physically flawed or to be defective.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt of shipment.
- Product is not working properly.
We Do not accept replacement requests if:
- The customer is not happy with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product.
- Physical damage was not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- An electrical surge or any damage caused by the customer or user.
Cancellation Information:
You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel the order, drop a mail at support@aceincorporation.com with your order details and our support team will assist you with canceling the order.
